Yoshimitsu In Tekken 6

Yoshimitsu In Tekken 6Yoshimitsu In Tekken 6

Tekken 6 is the best-selling video game from Namco, available in the arcades in 2004 and on the Playstation 2 in 2005. There is a larger selection of Tekken 6 characters than in any previous game in the series, with a huge 32 different characters being available to pick. Note that a couple of these are essentially the same character, but are selected by choosing different costumes (such as Christie and Eddy Gordo).

The game is also credited with being the best looking the series, as each of the Tekken 6 characters takes on a distinct and unique personality, thanks to the quality of the graphics. These graphics have also affected the level design, with some truly stunning levels being the result. For example, there's a level where you're fighting in a field of white flower at night-time, with a beautiful purple sky above. This takes the game to a whole new level, and improves the playing experience.

Many people have welcomed the changes in Tekken 6, as the game has more in common to Tekken 3 than 4, including a return to flat-only levels (the fifth game had levels that you could run up stairs on, and jump off of things. Fans argued that this made the game more luck-based than skill-based).

There a 6 Tekken 6 characters that are brand new to the series, including Asuka Kazama, Feng Wei, Raven, Jack-5, Roger Jr., and Devil Jin. While Roger Jr. and Jack-5 are both based on previous characters, the remaining 4 are totally new, with Raven and Feng Wei being the stand-out characters here, as both characters have become picks for some of the top players in the game. Devil Jin is rated as another top tier character in the game, as he takes the best qualities of Jin Kazama (already very decent character) and gives him wings to fly with, and laser eyes to strike his opponent with. Most people will also notice that game's mainstays making another appearance - Paul Phoenix, Nina Williams, Yoshimitsu and Heihachi Mishima once again all joining in on the action.
